By using Alien VPN (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Alien VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
- Send spam or phishing messages
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Attempt to harm, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Subscription and Billing
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform.
Limitation of Liability
Alien VPN is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
